摘要
目的探讨光固化复合树脂在临床口腔美容修复中的临床效果。方法选取2015年5月—2016年5月我院收治的84例患者共90颗坏牙,随机分为两组(对照组42例48颗和研究组42例42颗),对照组患者予以烤瓷修复法进行治疗,研究组患者予以光固化复合树脂进行治疗,并比较两组患者临床效果和并发症发生率。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者临床治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论与烤瓷修复法比较,光固化复合树脂在口腔美容修复中不仅临床疗效显著,且并发症发生率低。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of light curing composite resin in clinical oral cosmetic repair. Methods From May 2015 to May 2016, a total of 84 patients with 90 bad teeth were randomly divided into two groups （42 cases in control group with 48 bad teeth and 42 cases in study group with 42 bad teeth）. The patients in the control group were treated with PFM repair. Patients in the study group were treated with light cured composite resin. The clinical effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with PFM, light cured composite resin not only has significant clinical efficacy, but also has low complication rate in oral cosmetic repair.
