摘要
"双一流"建设与高等教育强国发展战略在总体目标、发展手段、行为方式和建设方案等方面具有高度的一致性和契合性。"双一流"建设既是我国实施高等教育强国发展战略的重大举措,也是世界高等教育发展的时代潮流。研究和借鉴世界一流大学和一流学科建设经验,探寻我国"双一流"建设的科学路径,大力推进"双一流"建设,是服务人力资源强国建设和以创新驱动发展的必然要求。
The construction of＂Double World-classes＂and the development strategy of higher education power have high consistency in overall goals,development means,behavior modes and construction plans. ＂Double World-classes＂construction is not only a major measure for the development strategy of higher education in China,but also the trend of the development of higher education in the world. Researching and learning from world-class universities and first-class discipline construction,exploring the scientific path of ＂Double World-classes＂construction in China and vigorously promoting the＂Double World-classes＂construction are all inevitable requirements for serving the construction of human resource power and innovation-driven development.
