摘要
胰腺导管内乳头状黏液瘤（IPMN）是一类由胰管内分泌黏液的上皮细胞增殖形成的病变，与胰腺癌关系密切，是胰腺癌的癌前病变之一。随着病理学及影像学的发展，IPMN临床诊断率不断提高，并对其病理学特征、临床诊断和治疗等方面均有了新的认识。本文从分型、诊断、治疗及患者预后等方面对其进行综述，以加深认识，提高该病诊治水平。
Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm （IPMN） is a kind of epithelial neoplasms of mucin-producing cells arising in the main duct and/or branch ducts of the pancre- as, and it is one of the precancerous lesions of the pancreatic cancer. With the development of pathology and radiology, the diagnostic rate of IPMN has been gradually increased and given a new understanding on the pathological characteristics, clinical diagnosis and treatment of IPMN. This review overviewed the classification, diagnosis, management and prognosis of IPMN, aiming to deepen the understanding of IPMN and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
