摘要
目的探究优化腔镜清洗消毒流程对手术患者医院感染的影响。方法选取医院2014-2015年开展的内镜检查639台,依据腔镜清洗消毒流程不同将患者划分为观察组(2015年1-12月322台)和对照组(2014年1-12月317台),观察组给予优化腔镜清洗消毒流程,对照组给予常规腔镜清洗消毒流程;对两组腔镜检测合格率、医院感染率、腔镜使用满意度、术后相关指标、细菌监测情况等进行比较分析。结果观察组细菌学检测合格率、肉眼检测合格率分别为95.96%、97.20%,对照组则分别为80.76%、86.44%,观察组的细菌学检测合格率、肉眼检测合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组医院感染率分别为1.24%、8.52%,观察组医院感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意度、平均满意度评分分别为88.20%、(96.43±2.01)分,对照组分别为80.75%、(86.79±4.34)分,观察组总满意度及平均满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者下床时间、住院时间分别为(2.98±0.45)d、(5.98±2.95)d,对照组分别为(4.78±1.55)d、(9.57±2.78)d,观察组患者的下床时间、住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各类细菌检出率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化腔镜清洗消毒流程可以提高腔镜清洗消毒的质量,明显减少医院感染的发生,有利于患者术后恢复和身体健康。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of optimization of cleaning and disinfection procedures of endoscopes on nosocomial infections in surgery patients.METHODS A total of 639 endoscopes that were cleaned and disinfected in the hospital from 2014 to 2015 were enrolled in the study and were divided into the observation group (322 units, from Jan 2015 to Dec 2015) and the control group (317 units, from Jan 2014 to Dec 2014) according to the cleaning and disinfection procedures of the endoscopes.The observation group was treated with optimized cleaning and disinfection procedures, and the control group was given conventional cleaning and disinfection procedures.The qualified rate of detection of endoscopes, incidence of nosocomial infection, satisfaction with use of endoscopes, related postoperative indexes and isolation rate of bacteria were observed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS The qualified rate of bacteriological detection of the observation group was 95.96%, significantly higher than 80.76% of the control group;the qualified rate of naked eye detection of the observation group was 97.20%, significantly higher than 86.44% of the control group (P〈0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infections of the observation group was 1.24%, significantly lower than 8.52% of the control group (P〈0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 88.20%, significantly higher than that of the control group;the average satisfaction score of the observation group was (96.43±2.01)points, significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05).The bedridden time of the observation group was (2.98±0.45) days, shorter than (4.78±1.55) days of the control group;the hospitalization duration of the observation group was (5.98±2.95) days, significantly shorter than (9.57±2.78) days of the control group (P〈0.05).The isolation rate of bacteria of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The optimized cleaning and disinfection procedures of endoscopes may boost the quality of cleaning and disinfection of the endoscopes, significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections, and facilitate the postoperative rehabilitation and health of patients.
