摘要
目的:进一步提高复方五味子酊的质量标准。方法:对复方五味子酊中五味子、枸杞子采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定复方五味子酊中五味子醇甲的含量,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65:35),柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为250 nm。结果:五味子、枸杞子薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照品无干扰。五味子醇甲对照品在43.32~1058 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.13%,RSD%为1.27%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,能有效的控制该制剂的质量。
Objective： To improve the quality standard of Compound Schisandra Tincture. Methods： Wuweizi （Fructus schisandrae chinensis）, Gouqi （Fructus lycii） in Compound Schisandra Tincture were identified by TLC. Then develop an HPLC method to determine the content of schisandrol A in Compound Schisandra Tincture. Kromasil C18（250 min×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column was eluted with the mobile phase of methanol-water （65：35）. The column temperature was 30℃, The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detective wavelength was 250 nm. Results： TLC chromatography spots were clear, and the blank test showed no interference. There was a good linearity when the concentration of ferulic acid was at 43.32-1058 ng （r=0.9998）. The average recovery was 98.13%, RSD%=1.27% （n=6）. Conclusion： The method is accurate, reproducible and can be used for quality control of the preparations.
