摘要
目的:进一步提高复方五味子酊的质量标准。方法:对复方五味子酊中五味子、枸杞子采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定复方五味子酊中五味子醇甲的含量,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65:35),柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为250 nm。结果:五味子、枸杞子薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照品无干扰。五味子醇甲对照品在43.32~1058 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.13%,RSD%为1.27%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,能有效的控制该制剂的质量。
Objective: To improve the quality standard of Compound Schisandra Tincture. Methods: Wuweizi (Fructus schisandrae chinensis), Gouqi (Fructus lycii) in Compound Schisandra Tincture were identified by TLC. Then develop an HPLC method to determine the content of schisandrol A in Compound Schisandra Tincture. Kromasil C18(250 min×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was eluted with the mobile phase of methanol-water (65:35). The column temperature was 30℃, The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detective wavelength was 250 nm. Results: TLC chromatography spots were clear, and the blank test showed no interference. There was a good linearity when the concentration of ferulic acid was at 43.32-1058 ng (r=0.9998). The average recovery was 98.13%, RSD%=1.27% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reproducible and can be used for quality control of the preparations.
