摘要 以苯乙烯(St)为单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,采用高内相乳液(HIPEs)模板法制备蜂窝状、互通结构的聚合物多孔材料.研究交联剂/单体配比对多孔材料微观结构、压缩性能、热稳定性及吸油性能的影响.结果表明,制备的大孔材料贯通性良好、压缩强度可达9.34 MPa、分解温度提升至361.67℃;且在正己烷、甲苯中的最大吸油性能分别为5.93 g/g、13.41 g/g. Porous materials with honeycomb-like and inter-connective structure were prepared by high internal phase emulsions( HIPEs) template method, using styrene as monomer and ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking-agent. The effects of crosslinking-agent/monomer ratio on the microstructure,compressive properties,thermal stability and oil absorption properties of porous materials were investigated.The results showed that the macroporous materials presented excellent pore interconnectivity,competitive compressive strength up to 9. 34 MPa and promoted decomposition temperature up to 361. 67 ℃. Meanwhile,the highest oil absorption capacities of hexane and toluene were 5. 93 g/g and 13. 41 g/g,respectively.
