摘要
针对两栖装甲救护车表面隐身涂层脱落问题,采用低温等离子体预处理技术对表面进行预处理。该技术能减小试样表面接触角,增大表面能,提高拉伸剪切强度,有效提高两栖装甲救护车表面粘接效果,为表面隐身涂层修复和喷涂奠定良好基础。
The low temperature plasma modification technology is utilized to solve the problem that stealthy coatings peel off amphibious armored ambulance. After the experiment,the armor surface's contact angle is reduced. Surface energy and glue joint tensile shear strength is increased. After plasma modification,surface has better felting characteristics which are helpful in stealthy coatings spraying and repairing.
