摘要
学习目标是促进核心素养落地的关键因素和有效抓手,应指向核心素养。但现行学习目标存在的普遍问题是有知识、缺素养。而指向核心素养的学习目标,旨在"促进‘人’的发展",应是"有知识、展能力、化品格",具体表现为六个指标。据此,可按照五步的科学流程研制指向核心素养的学习目标。
The learning objective, which is the key and effective approach to realize the key competence, should be key-competence-oriented. However, a prevalent problem in relation to the learning objective is the focus on knowledge with no attention to competence. And key-competence- oriented learning objective which aims to "promote a person's development" should fulfill the mission of teaching knowledge, developing ability, and forging character, which could be further broken into six indicators. Thus, a five-step procedure could be observed to produce key-competence-oriented learning objective.
