摘要
文章分析了双馈直线电机(DFLM)直接起动时起动电流及起动转矩存在的问题,探讨了DFLM在各起动方法下的起动性能,根据DFLM双边可控的特点提出了双馈双变频起动方法,并与定子工频起动方法下电流等参数的变化规律进行了对比。在Matlab/Simulink环境下,根据数学模型搭建了DFLM在d-q坐标系下的仿真模型,对上述分析进行了仿真验证。结果表明相对于直接起动以及定子工频起动等方法双馈双变频起动可以明显减小起动冲击电流,改善DFLM的起动性能。
This paper analyzed the problems of starting current and starting torque of double-fed linear machine ( DFLM), discussed the start-up performance of DFLM under different startup methods. According to the characteristics of bilateral control of DFLM, the double fed double frequency conversion starting method was proposed, and the variation law of current under the stator power frequency starting method was com- pared with double fed double frequency conversion starting method. Based on the d-q model, the simulation model of DFLM was built with Matlab/Simulink, and the above analysis was verified. The results show that the double fed double frequency conversion stating method can significantly reduce the starting current, and improve the starting performance of DFLM compared with the method of direct starting and the stator power frequency starting.
