摘要
目的探讨护理安全管理在妇科患者围手术期中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月240例于本院妇科接受护理安全管理的手术患者为研究组,选取2015年1月至2015年12月间我院妇科中240例接受临床传统护理管理的手术患者为对照组,分析比较两组患者的护理安全评分、护理缺陷事件发生率及护理满意度情况。结果研究组患者的护理安全各项指标评分和护理满意度均高于对照组,护理缺陷总发生率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理安全管理在妇科患者围手术期中应用效果突出,可有效降低护理缺陷事件发生率,提高护理质量及患者满意度,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing safety management in perioperative period of gynecolog- ical patients. Methods A total of 240 cases of surgical patients who underwent nursing safety management from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the study group. Another 240 cases of surgical patients who underwent traditional nursing management from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the control group. The nursing safety score, the incidence of nursing defect events and nursing satisfaction were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The nursing safety scores and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the total incidence of nursing defect events was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically sig- nificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing safety management is effective in the perioperative period of gynecological patients, which can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing defect events, improve the quality of care and patients＂ satisfaction, which is worthy of popularization and adoption in clinical practice.
