摘要
本文计算了某型号流量调节阀在内部湍流作用下通过阀门壳体向外传播的噪声。通过内部湍流流场的计算,提取了内壁面处的湍流脉动压力(TWPF),再采用声比拟方法计算得到内部声场并提取内壁面处声压(AWPF),随后将二者作为激励源加载到外声场计算的声振模型中来求解阀门外部声场.研究分析了外部监测点的声压级频谱曲线,提出了一种基于结构改造的降噪方案,并通过数值模拟计算验证了该方案的降噪效果。
In this paper, the noise of a control valve which is induced by the internal turbulent flow and propagates outward through the valve shell is numerical studied. Firstly, the internal turbulence is calculated and the turbulent wall pressure fluctuation (TWPF) is extracted. Then the internal acoustic field is calculated by Lighthill's acoustic analogy, and the acoustic walt pressure fluctuation (AWPF) is extracted. Both of these two wall pressure fluctuations are used as the driving loads for the prediction of the external acoustic field. The sound pressure signals and their spectra at external monitoring points are analyzed. A modification of the valve inter- nal structure is proposed for possible noise reduction, and then it is validated by numerical calculation.
