摘要
目的:分析以问题导向的教学方法(PBL)在普外科临床教学中的应用。方法:自2014年7月-2016年7月来某医院普外科的实习生有108名,依据随机对照原则分为观察组与对照组,分别按照传统教学方法以及PBL教学法进行指导教学,实习期满后利用多种检测手段检测他们对临床知识的掌握程度;结果:对照组的考核平均成绩为(69.11±7.13)分,观察组的平均成绩为(81.26±10.09)分,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在教学满意度调查方面,观察组也相对更高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法在普外科临床教学中的应用取得了较为满意的效果,值得大规模推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of general surgery department. Methods: 108 students from July,2014 to July,2016 were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random control methods. The teachers guided them according to the traditional teaching methods and PBL teaching methods, after the internship, use multiple detection methods to detect their mastery of clinical knowledge. Result: The test score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, in the teaching satisfaction survey, the experimental group is also relatively higher. Conclusion: The application of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of general surgery is satisfactory results worthy of large- scale promotion.
