摘要 针对非线性设备及电力电子设备投入较多、现场母线谐波含量高的电力用户,较低的电能质量常常影响到产品的加工精度和质量,严重的甚至危害设备运行安全,发生安全事故。因此,设计完成了电力需求侧管理系统的光纤数据采集系统,完成了对企业设备的电能系统数据实时采集监测,实施了需求侧管理,对电能数据进行了对比分析和计算,找出设备最优运行参数,指导设备的高效运行。最后,通过在企业的电力需求侧管理系统平台实际运行与应用,提高了用户的电能质量监管能力和处置能力,为企业实现了可观的节电效益。 For those electric power users whose non-linear equipment and electric power and electronic equipment are connected much into, lower power quality often affects the precision and quality of products, and even endangers the safe operation of equipment.Therefore, fiber optic data acquisition system is designed for power demand side management(DSM) system, so that real-time data acquisition and monitoring of power quality system in those enterprises could be realized. The power energy data are compared and analyzed so as to have identified the optimal operation parameters of the equipment. Finally, through the test of the management system, the power quality supervision and disposal capacity for power users are improved, and considerable energy-saving effect is realized for enterprises.
