氧化石墨烯对隧道衬砌混凝土性能的影响 被引量:15

摘要 氧化石墨烯作为一种新型功能材料,对水泥基材料有增强增韧的作用,隧道衬砌结构是沿隧道洞身用混凝土材料修建的永久性支护结构,由于特殊的服役环境,衬砌结构耐久性和力学性能比普通混凝土要求更高,且其耐久性主要体现在抗氯离子性能上。为提高衬砌结构性能,考虑在衬砌材料中添加不同掺量的氧化石墨烯,分别进行力学试验和抗氯离子渗透试验。试验结果表明:当氧化石墨烯掺量为0.03%时,混凝土28 d抗压强度为55.93 MPa(相比普通混凝土提高约30.77%),28 d抗折强度为10.90 MPa(相比普通混凝土提高约21.92%)且抗氯离子性能也有明显的提高。 Graphene oxide is a new kind of functional materials,which can be used to reinforce and toughen the cement-based materials.The tunnel lining structure is a permanent supporting structure constructed with concrete materials along the tunnels.Due to the special service environment,the lining structure durability and mechanical properties was more important than ordinary concrete,and the most important performance of durability is the antichloride ion performance.In order to improve the performance of lining structure,it is considered to add different amounts of graphene oxide in the lining material,and test mechanical performance and resistance to chloride ion penetration respectively.The results show that when the content of graphene oxide is 0.03%,the compressive strength of the graphene oxide concrete is 28.93 MPa(about 30.77% higher than that of ordinary concrete),and the 28 d bending strength is 10.90 MPa(about 21.92% higher than that of ordinary concrete) and anti-chloride ion performance is also significantly improved.
