摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制得WO_3/SrAl_2O_4复合气敏材料。经过工艺加工制得旁热式厚膜陶瓷元件在密封的气室内测试,获得了对H_2S气体具有良好灵敏度、选择性和响应恢复性的气敏元件。为检测和治理生产生活中的H_2S污染,提供了可供参考应用的气敏传感元件。
Composite gas sensitive material WO3/SrAl2O4 is successfully prepared by sol-gel method. After processing the heater-type thick-film ceramic gas sensitive component is obtained. Good sensitivity,selectivity and response and recovery characteristics are obtained for H2S gas by testing in a sealed chamber. In order to detect and control the H2S pollution,it provides a sensing compoment for reference and application.
