摘要
目的探讨痰热清注射液对重症肺炎患者血清与痰液可溶性髓样细胞触发受体1(s TREM-1)、降钙素原(PCT)及白介素的影响。方法选取中江县人民医院2011年10月—2013年12月收治的重症肺炎患者58例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予痰热清注射液治疗,两组患者均持续治疗10 d。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后5、10 d血清与痰液s TREM-1、PCT、白细胞计数及白介素[白介素8(IL-8)、白介素10(IL-10)、白介素18(IL-18)]水平。结果治疗前,两组患者血清s TREM-1、PCT、白细胞计数及IL-8、IL-10、IL-18水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后5、10 d,观察组患者血清s TREM-1、PCT及IL-8、IL-10、IL-18水平低于对照组,白细胞计数少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者痰液s TREM-1、PCT、白细胞计数及IL-8、IL-10、IL-18水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后5、10 d,观察组患者痰液s TREM-1、PCT及IL-8、IL-10、IL-18水平低于对照组,白细胞计数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用痰热清注射液治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效确切,可有效降低患者血清与痰液s TREM-1、PCT及白介素水平,有助于改善患者的炎症状态。
Objective To observe the influence of tanreqing injection on the serum and sputum s TREM-1,PCT and interleukins of severe pneumonia patients. Methods A total of 58 cases of patients with severe pneumonia were selected from October 2011 to December 2013 in Zhongjiang County People＇s Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group,29 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and observation group was given tanreqing injection based on control group,both groups were treated for 10 days. The s TREM-1,PCT,white blood cell and interleukins（ IL-8,IL-10,IL-18） levels of the serum and sputum before treatment and after treatment of 5,10 days were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of serum s TREM-1,PCT,white blood cell or IL-8,IL-10,IL-18 was found between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment of 5,10 days,the observation group of serum s TREM-1,PCT,IL-8,IL-10,IL-18 were lower than control group,serum white blood cell was less than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tanreqing injection can effectivelly reduce the serum and sputum s TREM-1,PCT and interleukins of severe pneumonia patients,and it is more helpful for the improvement of inflammatory state.
