摘要
目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取徐州市贾汪区人民医院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予通心络胶囊治疗,两组患者均持续治疗4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、心电图改善情况,观察患者不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者心电图改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论采用通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者的心功能,且安全性好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and the safety of tongxinluo capsule in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in the People＇ s Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group. Control group was given rountine treatment,observation group was treated with tongxinluo capsule based on control group,both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical effect,electrocardiogram improvement were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total efficiency rate of observation group was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group of electrocardiogram improvement was better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. No serious adverse reactions was found between the two groups. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule has an exactly clinical effect in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,it can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients,and with good safety.
