摘要
水生蔬菜包括莲藕、茭白、芋头等十余种植物。综述了最近10多a来几种主要水生蔬菜营养特征与施肥技术研究进展,并对今后的工作重点进行了展望。
Aquatic vegetables include more than 10 kinds of aquatic plants, such as rhizome lotus,Zizania latifolia,Colocasia esculents, etc. In this paper, the research progress in nutrient characteristics and fertilization techniques of several important aquatic vegetables were summarized and the future focus of the work was prospected.
