摘要
目的探讨MALDI-TOF质谱仪用于临床酵母菌鉴定的优越性,为临床真菌感染提供早期诊断、治疗的依据。方法收集该院2015年8月至2016年3月临床分离酵母菌206株,分别用MALDI-TOF质谱仪、VITEK2 Compact微生物鉴定仪和显色培养法进行鉴定,以内转录间区序列测序结果为最终确认结果。比较MALDI-TOF质谱仪、VITEK2 Compact微生物鉴定仪和显色培养法鉴定的准确性。结果 3种方法鉴定酵母菌的准确率分别为VITEK2 Compact鉴定仪82.5%,显色培养法67.0%,MALDI-TOF质谱仪92.7%。MALDI-TOF质谱仪与VITEK2 Compact鉴定仪比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006),MALDI-TOF质谱仪与显色培养法比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论 MALDI-TOF质谱仪与VITEK2Compact鉴定仪、显色培养法相比,具有快速、操作简便、结果准确等优点。
Objective To probe into the superiority of MALDI-TOF MS in the identification of clinical yeast to provide the basis for early diagnosis and treatment of clinical fungal infection.Methods A total of 206 strains of yeast clinically isolated in our hospital from August 2015 to March 2016 were collected and identified with MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer,VITEK2 compact microbial analyzer and chromogenic culture respectively.The ITS sequencing results were used as the final confirmation one.The accuracies of identifying yeast were compared among these 3 kinds of method.Results The accuracy rates of 3kinds of method for identifying yeast were 82.5% for VITEK2 Compact,67.0% for chromogenic method and 92.7% for MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry.The difference between MALDI-TOF and VITEK2 compact was statistically significant(P=0.006),and the difference between MALDI-TOF and chromogenic method was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion Compared with the VITEK2 Compact microbial analyzer and the color developing method,the MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer has the advantages of rapidness,simple operation,accurate results and so on.
