摘要
超声波辅助花粉介导植物转基因方法是拥有国内自主知识产权的植物转化手段,该方法在玉米、油菜、花生等作物上的转化研究均取得积极进展。为较详尽了解国内外应用该方法进行植物转化研究的现状,针对该方法与其他植物转化方法比较所体现出的优势以及存在的问题进行了总结,以期为相关研究者提供一些参考资料,并为该方法的进一步改进完善提供依据。
Ultrasonic assisted pollen-mediated plant transgene method is a plant transformation means with domestic independent intellectual property rights. It has made some positive progress during using to transfer maize, rape, peanut plants and other crops. To understand status quo of this means used in plant transformation research at home and abroad in more detail, and its possible application prospect, to know more about the application status and research progress of the method,this paper makes a brief summary of the research on this method at home and abroad, hoping to provide some reference for the related researchers, and to provide the basis for future improving the method.
