摘要
自首例克隆羊"多莉"诞生以来,哺乳动物克隆技术研究就广受关注,应用此技术已获得了小鼠、水牛以及家兔等动物。总结了近年来克隆过程中的关键技术和获得的研究成果,不仅更进一步了解了胚胎发育、细胞生长等生物现象,同时也为将来解决克隆中存在的问题,如成功率低、胎盘肥大、重编程异常、出生死亡率高等奠定了理论基础,开拓了新的思路。随着哺乳动物克隆技术的迅速发展,其在多个领域应用前景广阔,如利用克隆技术进行快速大规模的品种改良、有效地保护濒危动植物,并可将核移植技术应用于疾病的治疗,通过克隆生物反应器生产所需的物质,具有重要的实践意义。
Since the birth of the first cloned sheep "Dolly", mammalian cloning technology has attracted much attention. Using this technology, mouse, buffalo, rabbits and other animals had been obtained. In this paper, the key techniques and achievements of cloning in recent years were summarized, which was not only to further understand the embryonic development, cell growth and other biological phenomena, for the future to solve the problems in cloning, such as low success rate, placental hypertrophy, reprogramming abnormalities,high mortality and lay the theoretical basis, opened up new ideas. And with the rapid development of mammalian cloning technology, it had a good prospect in many fields. Such as the use of cloning technology for rapid and large-scale varieties of improved, optimized and effective protection of endangered plants and animals, and nuclear transplantation technology for the treatment of diseases, cloning bioreactor production of the required material, has a very significant practical significance.
