摘要
基于省级面板数据,运用超效率模型测算长江经济带各地区高技术产业近6年的创新效率,发现其整体创新效率水平较高,各省(市)之间的差距较大。利用Malmquist指数对创新效率进行动态分析,发现除云南外,各省(市)在最近6年TFP增长率都大于1,且技术进步是推动创新效率增长的主要动力。建立基于面板数据的Tobit模型进行回归分析发现,政府资金支出、企业规模、所有制、外商直接投资等4个因素对高技术产业创新效率有显著影响。基于社会网络分析方法研究发现,长江经济带高技术产业协同创新网络主体间联系不紧密,东部地区网络主体间联系好于西部和中部。最后提出相关对策建议。
Based on the provincial panel data, using super efficiency model to measure the efficiency of nearly six years, this paper finds that the whole hi-tech industry innovation efficiency level is higher and larger about the gap between provinces in Yangtze Economic Zone. Then the dynamic comparative study of innovation efficiency has been clone by using Malmquist-DEA model. The result shows that the growth rates of TFP value are always larger than 1; in addition to Yunnan, the technological progress is the main driving force to promote innovation efficiency growth rate. The Tobit model based on panel data has been developed to study the effect of the efficiency at different factors. The result shows that government expenditure, enterprise scale, ownership, foreign direct investment have significant influence on the efficiency of innovation. Finally, using social network analysis method, it finds connection between the main network is not close, and connection of the eastern region is higher than central and western in Yangtze Economic Zone. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures.
