CT增强延时扫描技术在肝脏肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析在肝脏肿瘤疾病诊断鉴别之中应用CT增强延时扫描技术的价值。方法:选在我院治疗的肝脏肿瘤疾病患者118例,全部患者都应用CT增强延时扫描技术诊断,观察诊断情况。结果:在CT增强的延时扫描诊断时,有110例与手术病理的诊断结果一致,诊断符合率为93.22%,主要包含原发性肝癌、肝囊肿、肝内转移瘤、肝母细胞瘤、肝血管瘤、肝脏局灶性结节性的增生。结论:在肝脏肿瘤疾病诊断鉴别之中应用CT增强延时扫描技术能够清楚显示患者病灶特点,提高临床诊断准确率,值得应用。 Objective To analysis the application of liver cancer diagnosis to identify the value of CT enhanced delay scanning technology.Methods Choose liver tumor disease patients treated in our hospital 118 cases, all patients with CT enhanced delay scanning diagnosis, observation of diagnosis.Results When the delay time of CT enhancement scanning diagnosis, with 110 cases with surgical pathology diagnosis, diagnostic coincidence rate was 93.22%, mainly consists of primary liver cancer, liver cyst, intrahepatic metastasis tumor, liver tumor, liver hcmangioma, hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia.Conclusion The application of liver cancer diagnosis to identify patients with CT enhanced delay scanning technology can clearly show lesion characteristics, improve clinical diagnosis accuracy, is worthy of application.
