摘要
目的:了解重症监护病房(ICU)护士主观幸福感现状,探讨其与自尊、工作满意度的关系。方法:采用自尊量表、工作满意度量表、主观幸福感量表对天津市5所三甲医院的224名在职ICU护士进行调查。结果:(1)ICU护士主观幸福感得分(69.73±11.60),自尊得分(27.67±3.41),工作满意度得分(43.57±9.04)。主观幸福感得分在兴趣爱好(t=3.613,P=0.000)、婚姻状况(t=-2.016,P=0.0450)、工作年限(F=3.159,P=0.026)、年龄(F=4.511,P=0.012)上差异有统计学意义;(2)ICU护士主观幸福感与自尊、工作满意度之间呈正相关(r=0.584,0.454;P<0.01);(3)多元分析结果显示,年龄、自尊及工作满意度会影响主观幸福感(P<0.01)。结论:ICU护士主观幸福感、自尊水平低于常模,工作满意度处于中等水平。自尊、工作满意度、年龄是主观幸福感的主要影响因素。
Objective：To explore the status of subjective well-being of ICU nurses,the relationship among self-esteem,job satisfaction and subjective well-being,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods：Totally 224 on-the-job ICU nurses from five tertiary public hospitals in Tianjin were investigated using the Self Esteem Scale,Job Satisfaction Scale and subjective well-being Scale.Results：①Subjective well-being scores in age（F =4.511,P 〈0.05）,marital status（t =2.016,P 〈0.05）,working experience（F =3.159,P 〈0.05）,interests（t =3.613,P 〈0.001） had significant statistically difference.②Job satisfaction,self-esteem and subjective well-being were positively cor-related among ICU nurses（P 〈0.01）.③Multiple regression showed that self-esteem and job satisfaction,age could influence the subjective well-being（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion：ICU nurses subjective well-being and self-esteem level are lower than the norm;The level of job satisfaction is in the medium.Self- esteem,job satisfaction,age are the main influence factors of subjective well-being.
