摘要
研究了1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(BMI)用量对白炭黑填充丁苯橡胶(SBR)性能的影响,并与未改性的白炭黑填充SBR进行了对比。结果表明,随着BMI用量的增加,SBR混炼胶的门尼黏度先减小后增大,焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短。当BMI的用量为3份时,BMI能够有效改善白炭黑在SBR中的分散效果,SBR硫化胶的力学性能和磨耗性能较为优异。当BMI的用量分别为3份和7份时,SBR硫化胶具有较好的抗湿滑性和较低的滚动阻力。
The effects of amount of 1-butyl-3- methylimida-zolium tetrafiuoroborate(BMI) on prop- erties of styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) filled with silica were investigated, and were compared with that of SBR filled with unmodified silica. The results showed that Mooney viscosity of SBR compound de- creased first and then increased, the scorch time and curing time were shortened, with increasing amount of BMI. The dispersion effect of silica in SBR could be effectively improved by BMI and the mechanical properties and abrasion properties of SBR vulcani- zates were excellent, when the amount of BMI was 3 phr. The SBR vulcanizates had better wet skid re- sistance and amount of BMI lower rolling resistance when the were 3 phr and 7 phr respectively.
