摘要
科技型小微企业作为我国技术创新的载体和市场经济最活跃的细胞,其生存与发展关系到技术进步和经济增长的速度,然而由于其规模小、科技创新投入有限等原因,仅单纯依靠自身力量来进行技术创新难以实现。本文综合描述了科技型小微企业协同创新的基本模式,针对科技型小微企业间的企业-企业创新联盟模式进行深入探讨,指出该创新联盟模式的影响因素和构建流程,从博弈视角对科技型小微企业间的创新联盟进行分析。根据博弈模型的分析结果显示:在个人短期利益的驱动下,双方会选择不合作;而在长期群体利益的驱动下,双方会选择合作。这样往复,在多次合作后,双方将会意识到这种结果,进而从个人短期利益趋向长期群体利益,双方最终会走向合作。
High-tech small and micro enterprises are the main body of China＇s technological innovation,the most active cell of the market economy,so its survival and development relates to the speed of technological progress and economic growth.However,due to the small scale and limited investment in technology innovation,it is difficult to rely solely on their own strength to carry out technological innovation.The paper describes the basic model of high-tech small and micro enterprise cooperative innovation,deeply probes into the innovation alliance between them,points out the influence factors of the innovation alliance mode and build process.The results of the analysis show that：under the drive of short-term interests,the both sides will not choose to cooperate;but in the drive of long run and by the interests of the group they will choose cooperation.After a series of cooperation,short-term personal interests tends to grow into a long term group interest,for a long time,the two sides will eventually go to cooperation.
