摘要
设计了某型总装导轨平台,并采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对车体两轮在导轨支脚中间位置时导轨平台变形最大、受力最恶劣情况下的强度和刚度进行分析,得到导轨平台的应力云图和变形云图,表明其强度及刚度满足设计要求,使用安全可靠。
In this paper, an assembly guide rail platform is designed, and the structure and force characteristics of the platform are complex. The finite element model of the platform is set up, and the strength and stiffness of the platform are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software. This work can improve the safety coefficient of the designed platform, and provides an important theoretical basis for the design of the platform structure.
