摘要
分布式配电网自动化是一项新型配电网保护系统,该系统具有电网转换、故障区间自动隔离、确定故障点定位及故障区自动转供的功能;为使配电网管理自动化系统安全有效地运行,需要进行配电网管理自动化系统设计;采用当前方法进行配电网管理自动化系统设计时,当电路引入配电网,会出现难以对配电网进行调压、谐波含量增大的现象,情况严重时会使配电网陷入瘫痪;为此,提出一种分布式大型配电网管理自动化系统设计方法,该方法介绍了配电网管理模块、地理信息模块、运行参数管理模块、故障定位与隔离模块等硬件机构的设定;采用SCADA模块实现数据采集、测量、预测、参数调节、设备控制和各种信号报警等功能;根据负荷预测、发电预测和配电网运行状态预测完成分布式大型配电网系统自动化管理;实验证明,所提方法控制安全有效,可以为配电网管理自动化系统提供科学的依据。
Distributed distribution network automation is a new type of distribution network protection system, the system has a grid conversion, the automatic isolation of the fault interval to determine the location of the fault and the fault area of the automatic transfer func- tion. In the use of the current method of distribution network management automation system de- sign, when the circuit into the distribution network, there will be difficult to adjust the distribution network voltage, harmonic increase in the phenomenon of the situation will seriously make the distribution network Fall into paralysis. In this paper, a design method of distributed large--scale distribution network management automation system is introduced. This method introduces the hardware management of distri- bution network management module, geographic information module, operation parameter management module, fault location and isolation module. Using SCADA module to achieve the data collection, measurement, prediction, parameter adjustment, equipment control and a vari- ety of signal alarm and other functions. According to load forecasting, power generation forecast and the distribution of the distribution net- work to complete the distribution of large--scale distribution network system automation management. Experiments show that the proposed method is safe and effective, and it can provide the scientific basis for the distribution network management automation system.
