摘要
全价混合日粮(Total mixed ration,TMR)的制作是奶牛饲养技术的关键,而混合均匀度是全价混合日粮重要的评价指标。本试验通过示踪物小麦不同的添加量水平、不同的搅拌时间、不同的采样点对奶牛的日粮进行混合均匀度和颗粒度测定。结果表明:搅拌机不同搅拌时间8 min、12 min和16 min对奶牛TMR混合均匀度差异不显著(P>0.05),但8 min组的整齐度要优于12 min和16 min组,平均的混合均匀度8 min组也要高于12 min和16 min组;1%小麦添加量传送带和料车奶牛TMR的混合均匀度差异不显著(P>0.05),但4%小麦添加量组中8 min传送带样本与料车差异显著(P<0.05)。而1%和4%小麦添加量组饲槽TMR的混合均匀度均显著低于搅拌8 min时传送带上TMR的混合均匀度(P<0.05)。本研究首次以小麦为奶牛全价混合日粮的示踪物,为奶牛全价混合日粮混合均匀度检测方法、考察搅拌机的混合性能和确定最佳混合时间提供了依据。
The production of total mixed ration is the key of the technology for dairy cattle feeding, and the mixed uniformity is an important index of the total mixed ration.The mixing uniformity traced by wheat for total mixed ration was studied for the first time by the different addition levels of wheat, different mixing time, samples from different sampling sites, and sampling at different time points from feeding rack to dairy cows.The results showed that the mixed uniformity by mixing time 8 min, 12 rain and 16 rain of the cows' TMR was not significant (P〉0.05), but the uniformity of the 8 min group was better than that of the 12 min and 16 min group, the average of the mixed uniformity of 8 min group was also higher than that of the 12 min and 16 rain group. The mixing uniformity of i% wheat addition amount by conveyor belt and skip car had no significant difference (P〉O.05). How: ever, there was significant difference between conveyor belt of 8 min group and skip car in the 4% wheat group(P〈0.05).The mixing uniformity of 1% and 4% wheat addition amount by feeder was significantly lower than conveyor belt of 8 min group ( P〈0.05 ) .These results could provide the basis for detection method of mixing uniformity of total mixed ration, and also be used to analyze the mix- ing performance of feed mixer and the optimum mixing time.
