摘要
针对目前矿井掘进开采中存在的问题,并为提高大断面巷道的掘进速度和巷道成巷质量,确保掘进施工安全,王庄煤矿通过对原有EBZ200综掘机进行技术改造,在原综掘机基础上配套了锚杆钻机和探水钻机,组合成新型掘锚探一体机,并在巷道掘进工程中成功应用,取得显著的经济效益和技术效益。
According to current problems in Wangzhuang mine were renovated to accelerate mining, old tunnel-boring machines, EBZ200, in excavation of large-sectional roadways, improve roadway formation quality, and ensure the safety of tunneling construction. A new tunnel-ancho- ring-exploring machine was assembled with anchor drilling rig and water exploration rig based on the original EBZ200. The new machine has been successfully used in roadway excavation and has achieved remarkable economical and technological benefits.
