介绍了汽轮发电机出线盒加工的传统工艺,阐述了双摆头框架龙门铣床各轴的坐标转换关系,并提出了加工该出线盒的五轴编程简化方法,有效解决了传统工艺的不足,提高了加工效率。
The traditional machining technological method of the terminal box processing in turbine generators was introduced. A simplified machining method of five-axis programming for the terminal box, which effectively solved the shortcomings of traditional machining technological method in the terminal box processing was presented while the coordinate transformation relationship of each axis of the gantry cross-rail machine was described, to improve the processing efficiency.
