摘要
动脉粥样硬化实质上是一种炎症反应,易损斑块与炎症反应、斑块内血管新生密切相关。新近发现的细胞黏附分子CDl46是一个血管内皮细胞标志分子,参与细胞信号传导和血管新生过程,而脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)不仅是一个炎性反应标记物,还是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素;因此,CDl46和Lp-PLA2有望成为预测颈动脉易损斑块的标记物。本文对CDl46、Lp-PLA2与颈动脉易损斑块的关系进行综述。
Atherosclerosis is essentially an inflammatory response. Inflammatory response and plaque angiogenesis is closely related to vulnerable plaque. Recently discovered cell adhesion molecule CD146 is a vascular endothelial cell marker molecule involved in cell signaling and angiogenesis. Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) is not only an inflammatory marker, but also an independent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. So CD146 and Lp-PLA2 are expected to be a marker of predictive carotid artery vulnerable plaques. In this paper, the relationship between CD146, Lp- PLA2 and carotid artery vulnerable plaque were reviewed.
