摘要
目的探讨反思性学习在护士业务培训中的效果,为护士培训提供借鉴。方法选择哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院于2015年和2016年招收的女护士180名,平均分为对照组和实验组,对照组进行常规业务培训,实验组在常规培训的基础上实现反思性学习,随访时间为6个月,对2组护士的业务培训结果进行比较。结果培训后实验组护士的基础理论知识、基本技术操作技能、交流沟通能力、病情观察能力、责任管理能力、分析问题能力、解决问题能力的得分均明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后对照组护士的基础理论知识、基本技术操作技能、交流沟通能力、病情观察能力、责任管理能力、分析问题能力、解决问题能力的得分均明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组护士能力提高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护士的纪律性、协作性、积极性、责任心、自信心的评分均高于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者对护士服务的满意率为94.4%,明显高于对照组75.5%,并且满意度评分亦高于对照组,2组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用反思性学习,可以提高护士的业务培训效果,提升护理服务水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of reflective learning in business training for nurses, provide reference for nurse training. Methods A total of 180 female nurses enrolled in the First Hospital of Harbin Medical University in 2015 and 2016. All 180 nurses were divided into experimental group and control group averagely. The nurses of control group received routine business training and the experimental group received reflective learning on the basis of routine training. Followed up for 6 months, the result of nurses' professional training in two groups was compared. Results In experimental group, the score of nurses after training was higher than the score before training on basic theoretical knowledge, basic technical skills and communication ability, observation ability, responsibility, management ability, ability of analysis problem, problem-solving ability and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). In control group, the score of nurses after training was higher than the score before training on basic theoretical knowledge, basic technical skills and communication ability, observation ability, responsibility, management ability, ability of analysis problem, problem-solving ability and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Compared with the control group, the ability of experimental group nurses raised more obvious and the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P 〈 0.05). The score of experimental group nurses was higher than control group on discipline, collaborative, enthusiasm, responsibility, self-confidence and the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P 〈 0.05). The satisfaction rate of nurses in experimental group was 94.4%. It was obviously higher than that in control group which the satisfaction rate was 75.5%, and the satisfaction score in experimental group was higher than that in control group and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The application of reflective learning can improve the effecct of business training and enhance the level of nursing service.
