摘要
在创新驱动发展的时代背景下,公共服务行业的建言行为显得尤为必要。文章有机整合管理者的服务型领导风格、员工的心理所有权、权力距离导向等关键要素,试图揭示公共服务行业员工建言行为的多重影响机制。基于对中国多个地区不同类型公共服务行业员工的两阶段配对问卷调查和结构方程建模技术分析,结果表明:服务型领导对员工的建言行为具有积极影响;心理所有权在服务型领导与建言行为间发挥中介作用;员工的权力距离导向负向调节其心理所有权对其建言行为的影响;员工的权力距离导向负向调节服务型领导对其建言行为的间接效应。
In the context of innovation-driven development, voice behavior in public service industries is particularly important. This research aims to explain the multiple action mechanism of servant leadership, psychological ownership; and power distance orientation on voice behavior. With the help of 267 sets of paired questionnaire, it is found that servant leadership is positively related to voice behavior; this relationship is mediated by psychological ownership; power distance orientation has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between psychological ownership and voice behavior; and power distance orientation also negatively moderates the indirect effect of psychological ownership on the relationship between servant leadership and voice behavior. This research has provided inspiration and advice for relevant theoretical research and practice of management in public service industries.
