有氧运动与药物综合治疗对CAP大鼠血清免疫球蛋白和细胞因子水平的影响 被引量:11

Effects of comprehensive treatment of aerobic exercise and medicine on levels of serum immunoglobulins and cytokines in rats with chronic abacterial prostatitis

摘要 目的观察有氧运动与药物综合治疗对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)大鼠血清中免疫球蛋白和细胞因子水平的影响。方法将40只健康成年雄性SD大鼠分为正常对照组、CAP模型对照组、运动治疗组、药物治疗组及综合治疗组,每组8只。注射消痔灵制备CAP大鼠模型,造模期7d后运动治疗组和综合治疗组每天于固定时间进行1次游泳运动,每周6d,持续4周;药物治疗组和综合治疗组每天给予前列舒通胶囊水溶液灌胃治疗;正常对照组、CAP模型对照组、运动治疗组每天给予无菌生理盐水灌胃,于治疗的第14、28天处死各组大鼠,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测大鼠外周血免疫球蛋白和细胞因子等指标。结果第14天时,与正常对照组比较,各实验组大鼠血清IgG、IgA、IgM和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6水平明显增高(P<0.05),运动治疗组与CAP模型对照组间、综合治疗组与药物治疗组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);第28天时,运动治疗组大鼠血清IgG、IgM、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平明显低于CAP模型对照组(P<0.05),综合治疗组大鼠血清IgG、IgA、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平明显低于药物治疗组(P<0.05),且与正常对照组较接近(P>0.05)。结论有氧运动能够降低CAP大鼠血清免疫球蛋白和细胞因子的水平,与药物并用综合治疗CAP大鼠的效果更加明显。 Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive treatment of aerobic exercise and medicine on the levels of serum immunoglobulins and cytokines in rats with chronic abacterial prostatitis (CAP). Methods Forty healthy adult male SD rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, CAP model control group, exercise treatment group, medicine treatment group and exercise and medicine comprehensive treatment group,8 cases in each group. The CAP rat model was prepared by the injection of Xiaozhiling, and after 7 d of rat model construction, the exercise treatment group and exercise and medicine comprehensive treatment group conducted once swimming exercise at fixed time every day,6 d per weekfor 4 continuous weeks ; the medicine treatment group and exercise and medicine comprehensive treatment group were given Qianlieshutong Capsule aqueous solution for garage treatment every day; the normal control group, model control group and exercise treatment group performed gastric garage with sterile normal saline. On 14,28 d of the treatment process the rats in each group were sacrificed. The indicators such as serum immunoglobulins and cytokines in rats were detected by using ELISA. Results On 14 d,compared with the normal control group,the levels of serum IgG, IgA, IgM, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 in each experimental group were increased significantly (P〈 0.05), while which had no statistically significant difference between the exercise treatment group and model control group and between the comprehensive treatment group and medicine treatment group(P〉0. 05) ;on 28 d, the levels of IgG, IgM,TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 in the exercise treatment group were significantly lower than those in the model control group(P〈0. 05), the levels of IgG, IgA, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 in the comprehensive treatment group were significantly lower than those in the medicine treatment group(P〈 0.05). moreover were close to those in the normal control group(P〉0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise can reduce the levels of serum immunoglobulins and eytokines in CAP rats, and the effect is more obvious in CAP rats treated by comprehensive therapy combined with medicine.
