Determination of the migration of five antioxidants in food packaging materials by gas chromatography

摘要 建立了气相色谱法(GC)测定塑料包装材料中5种抗氧化剂的迁移量的实验方法。水基模拟物(蒸馏水、3%乙酸水溶液、10%乙醇水溶液)经液液萃取处理后过滤膜上机测定,油脂模拟物(异辛烷)直接过滤膜上机测定。方法在蒸馏水、3%乙酸水溶液、10%乙醇水溶液和异辛烷中的回收率和相对标准偏差均较理想,适用于塑料包装材料中5种抗氧化剂迁移量的同时检测。 A novel gas chromatography( GC) method for determination of the migration of five antioxidants in plastic packaging materials was developed. Water-based simulants including distilled water,3% acid and 10% ethanol were subjected to liquid-liquid extraction procedure prior to filtration followed by GC analysis,while oil-based simulant( isooctane) was directly injected for GC analysis.Both the recoveries and relative standard deviations( RSDs) provided by this method were ideal. The satisfied experimental results indicated that the proposed method was simple and accurate,thus suitable for simultaneously determining the migration of five antioxidants in plastic packaging materials.
