摘要
针对矿用皮带输送机长时间连续工作,磨损情况严重的问题。对皮带输送机的可能产生的故障类型进行分析,并提出相应的解决方案。为提高煤矿皮带输送机的工作可靠性,设计故障智能监测系统,确保准确监测故障。
Belt conveyors in mines usually work continuously for a long time. To solve the serious wear damage of the belt conveyors,the fault types are analyzed in order to propose corresponding solutions. To increase the reliability of the belt conveyors,we could design a fault intelligent monitoring system to ensure the accurate monitoring of the faults.
