摘要
针对深厚黏土层冻结施工过程中冻结管变形过大甚至断管事故易发的问题,介绍了杨村煤矿主井的冻结方案和冻结运行情况及其深厚钙质黏土层段的掘砌情况,重点分析了该黏土层的施工控制技术。结果表明:采用加强冻结、缩小掘砌段高及加强信息化管理等措施后,井帮温度控制在-8℃以下,井帮位移控制在50mm以内,使冻结壁强度满足安全施工要求,并减少了冻结壁的变形,从而确保了深厚钙质黏土层段的掘砌施工安全。
Aiming at the freezing pipe deformation and rupture accident often happened during freezing construction in deep and thick clay layer,we introduced the main shaft freezing construction scheme in the deep and thick calcareous clay layer of Yangcun Coal Mine,as well as the operation situation and construction situation,analyzed the construction control technology in deep and thick calcareous clay layer. The result showed that,the measurements of intensified freezing,reduction of excavation height and enhancement of information management were conducive to the construction safety in the deep and thick clay layer. The temperature of side wall was maintained below-8℃,and the side wall displacement less than 50 mm.
