郑州市智慧安居水平评价

Evaluation on intelligent resettlement level of Zhengzhou City

摘要 根据对智慧安居城市建设的内涵界定,运用熵权灰色关联模型,与其他城市相比,分析郑州的智慧安居建设,同时对郑州2005—2014年的智慧安居建设变化趋势进行评价.结果表明,(1)与北京、上海和西安等城市相比,郑州的智慧安居总体水平比较低,并且社会生活保障、自然生态环境保障和社会安全保障3个子系统的水平都比较低;(2)从2005—2014年的统计数据演变趋势来看,郑州的智慧安居综合水平除了在2010和2013年出现了小幅度下降,整体上呈上升趋势,表现出郑州的智慧安居建设取得了良好的效果.根据郑州智慧安居水平的结果分析及原因解读,提出了郑州智慧安居城市建设的对策与建议. According to the definition of the construction of the intelligent resettlement of the city, the entropy weight gray relational model is used to analyze the construction of intelligent resettlement in Zhengzhou compared with other cities. At the same time, analyzes and evaluates the trend of the construction of intelligent resettlement in Zhengzhou in 2005 to 2014. The results showed that, ( 1 ) Compared with Beijing, Shanghai and Xi'an, the overall level of intelligent resettlement in Zhengzhou is relatively low, and the levels of social subsistence, natural ecological and environmental security and social security are relatively low. ( 2 )From 2005 to 2014, the evolution of statistical data, the level of intelligent resettlement of Zhengzhou in addition to the comprehensive level in 2010 and 2013 there has been a slight decline in the overall upward trend, showing the wisdom of housing construction in Zhengzhou has made a good effect. Finally, based on the analysis of the results of the intelligent resettlement of Zhengzhou City and the reasons for interpretation, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the city of intelligent resettlement in Zhengzhou city.
