摘要
采用文献阅读法、层次分析法、专家打分法和试点应用法等研究方法,通过定性考核与量化评价相结合,以民主评议研究生党员由点到量化考核标准这条线,进一步拓展使得量化考核体系涵盖研究生党员的日常教育、科研和管理的全过程,达到经常性教育和指标量化考核的一致和统一。通过在一定范围内互动交流和实验验证,证明了量化评价指标体系能够实现客观、真实、公平、有效地评价,根据新形势和新变化,在以后的工作中需要进一步完善考核评价体系,使其发挥出更积极的作用。
The methods of literature reading,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),expert scoring and pilot application are used,through the combination of qualitative assessment and quantitative evaluation,democratic evaluation of graduate party members from the point to the line of quantitative assessment criteria.Further expand the system to make the quantitative assessment covers the whole process of graduate student education,scientific research and management,to achieve the consistency and unity of regular education and quantitative assessment indicators.Through a certain range of interactive communication and experimental verification,it is proved that the quantitative evaluation index system can achieve objective,true,fair and effective evaluation.According to the new situation and new changes,we need to further improve the evaluation system to make it play a more active role in the future work.
