间断蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Curative Effect of Intermittent Blue Light Irradiation in Treatment of Hyperbilirubinemia of Newborns

摘要 目的探讨间断蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法随机选择于2014年4月—2017年2月间该院收治的高胆红素血症新生儿患者120例,作为该次研究对象,采用电脑随机分组方式,将此次收治于该院的患者随机分为研究组与常规组,各组60例。其中常规组患者给予持续蓝光照射治疗;研究组患者给予间断蓝光照射治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果、不良反应以及治疗前后胆红素值。结果两组经过治疗后,胆红素值均明显降低,但研究组降低幅度显著优于常规组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(93.33%VS 88.33%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不良反应发生率明显低于常规组(5.00%VS15.00%),组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治新生儿疗高胆红素血症,予以间断与持续蓝光照射,疗效结果相差无几,但是间断蓝光照射优势在于不良反应发生率低、安全可靠,值得临床进一步推广应用。 Objective To study the curative effect of intermittent blue light irradiation in treatment of hyperbilirubine-mia of newborns. Methods 120 cases of newborns with hyperbilirubinemia admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2014 to February 2017 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the routine group adopted the continuous blue light irradiation, while the research group adopted the intermittent blue light irradiation, and the cl inical treatment effect, adverse reactions and bilirubin values before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the bilirubin value was obviously reduced, but the decrease range in the research group was obviously better than that in the routine group, and the differences between groups were statistically signi f icant (P〈0.05) , and the total cl inical effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the routine group(93.33% vs 88.33%) , and the difference was not statistically s ignif icant (P〉0.05) , and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was obviously lower than that in the routine group (5.00% vs 15.00%) , and the differences between groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05) . Conclusion The curative effect of intermittent and continuous blue light irradiation in treatment of hyperbilirubinemia of newborns is similar, but the incidence rate of ad-verse reactions of intermittent blue light irradiation is low and it is safe and reliable, which is worth further promotion and application in clinic.
