摘要 目的对比金属合金、复合材料进行口腔种植的疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析,以2014年1月—2015年1月,济南中国重型汽车集团有限公司医院口腔科收治的进行口腔种植术治疗的患者入组,采用金属合金修复治疗患者114例,处理患牙135颗,纳入金属合金组,采用复合材料修复治疗85例,处理患牙101颗,纳入复合组。对比远期疗效,种植牙牙周健康指标。结果随访12个月以上。复合组随访期间牙周病、褪色发生率分别为2.35%、1.18%低于金属合金组10.53%、13.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。末次随访,复合组PLI、BI、PD、牙龈缘及龈乳头高度分别为(1.53±0.56)、(2.90±0.62)、(3.89±1.21)、(8.34±1.83)、(-0.21±0.22)mm,低于金属合金组(1.88±0.71)、(3.45±0.75)、(4.43±1.15)、(8.81±1.83)、(-0.11±0.11)mm,复合组种植体周围骨量(1.70±0.24)mm高于金属合金组(1.41±0.31)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合材料金属表面喷涂陶瓷材料进行口腔种植治疗,疗效更好。 Objective To compare the curative effect and safety of metal alloys and composites for dental planting. Methods 114 cases of patients treated with metal alloys in our department in our hospital from January 2014 to Jan-uary 2015 were selected (135 affected teeth) as the metal alloys group, and 85 cases of patients treated with composites were selected (101 affected teeth) as the composite group, and the long-term curative effect and planting periodontal health indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The follow-up was more than 12 months, and the differ-ences in the incidence rates of periodontal disease and discoloration between the metal alloys group and composite group (2.35%,1.18% vs 10.53%,13.16%)(P〈0.05), and the last follow-up showed that the PLI, BI, PD, gingival margin and papillae gingiva heights in the composite group were lower than those in the metal alloys group[(1.53±0.56),(2.90土 0.62),(3.89±1.21),(8.34±1.83),(-0.21±0.22)mm vs (1.88±0.71),(3.45±0.75),(4.43±1.15),(8.81±1.83),(-0.11±0.11)mm], and the perio-implantal bone mass in the composites group was higher than that in the metal alloys group[(1.70土 0.24)mm vs (1.41±0.31)mm], and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of spraying ceramic material on the metal surface of composites for dental implanting treatment is good.
