Research on EWIS Separation Design and Compliance Verification

摘要 随着飞机电子电气技术的快速发展与广泛应用,EWIS(电气线路互联系统)在飞机安全飞行中起到的作用也越来越重要。基于EWIS故障导致飞机发生事故的数量逐渐增多,在飞机研制过程中摆脱传统认识,加强EWIS的设计与验证也逐步成为一种趋势。本文首先回顾了飞机研制过程中针对EWIS设计的传统做法,接着给出了由于EWIS故障导致的飞行事故案例,然后分析了在进行EWIS分离设计时需要考虑电磁环境,结构锐边,飞控钢索,氧气、气源、燃油、液压管路等影响因素,最后提出了适航验证时采用说明性文件(MC1)、安全性评估(MC3)和航空器检查(MC7)的符合性方法及重点验证内容。 With the rapid development and widely application of the electronic and electrical technol- ogy, the EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection System) plays a more and more important role in flight safety. The number of aircraft accidents caused by EWIS is increasing gradually. It is becoming a trend to get rid of the traditional knowledge in the process of aircraft development, and to strength- en the design and verification of EWIS. this paper first reviews the development of aircraft for the traditional practice of EWIS design, then gives the flight accident case due to EWIS failure, analyzes EWIS need to consider the electromagnetic environment, structure of sharp edges, flight control ca- bles, factors of oxygen, pneumatic system, fuel, hydraulic pipeline ets. Finally, verification documents ( MCI ), system safety assessment ( MC3 ) and aircraft inspection ( MC7 ) compliance verification method and key content used in airworthiness verification on offered.
