摘要
在油田进入注水开发后期,硫酸盐还原菌及其产生的硫化物是造成油井腐蚀的主要原因,为了抑制硫酸盐还原菌的生长以及硫化物含量的增加,利用生物竞争排斥技术,从油井采出液中筛选分离具有反硝化功能的菌株,对菌株生长因素进行一系列优化,确定其最适生长条件:碳源为葡萄糖,温度为55℃,pH=6.0~8.0。同时在硫酸盐还原菌培养基中通过改变硝酸盐浓度以及投加/不投加反硝化细菌时发现:反硝化菌株对硫酸盐还原菌的生长具有抑制作用,与硝酸盐配合使用效果更佳;此菌株与低浓度的硝酸盐(质量分数为0.01%)复配能有效地抑制硫酸盐还原菌的生长和硫化氢的生成。
In the later stage of the oilfield water flooding period, sulfate reducing bacteria and sulfide produced by them are the main reasons of oil well corrosion. In order to restrain the growth of sulfate reducing bacteria and the increase of sulfide concentration, the biological competition exclusion tech-nology is used to screen the bacterial strain from the oil well produced fluid that has the denitrifying function.A series of optimization of its growth factors are conducted,and its optimum growth condi-tions include glucose with carbon source, temperature of 55 ℃ and pH value of 6.0 to 8.0. At the same time,through changing the nitrate concentration,adding or without adding the denitrifying bac-teria in the sulfate reducing bacteria medium, we can find that the denitrifying strain has inhibitory ef-fect on the growth of sulfate reducing bacteria, and it has better effect if using with nitrates; the strain combined with nitrate of low concentration (mass fraction of 0.01%) can effectively inhibit the growth of sulfate reducing bacteria and the formation of hydrogen sulfide.
