摘要
目的探讨护理干预对腹腔镜下异位妊娠围术期患者护理效果及心理状态的影响。方法选取我院2015年6月~2016年6月采用腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠的患者76例。按照入院顺序分为对照组、观察组,每组38例,对照组患者采用一般护理方法,观察组患者在一般护理基础上,采用护理干预方法。比较两组患者的护理效果以及护理前后的焦虑、抑郁评分。结果观察组的护理效果显著优于对照组,护理后的焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用护理干预对腹腔镜下的异位妊娠围术期患者具有提高手术疗效,积极改善患者心理的作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on nursing effect and mental state of periop- erative patients with ectopic pregnancy under laparoscope.Methods 76 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated by laparoscope in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected.According to the order of admission,they were di- vided into the control group and observation group,and each group had 38 cases.Patients of the control group were giv- en general care methods,while patients of observation group were given nursing intervention on the basis of general nursing.The nursing effect and anxiety and depression score before and after nursing in patients between the two groups were compared.Results The nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the score of anxiety and depression after nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The nursing intervention applied in perioperative patients with ectopie pregnancy under laparoscope has the role of improving the curative effect, and active ly improve the psychological state of patients.
