摘要
目的:观察连花清瘟胶囊治疗慢性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性咽喉炎患者80例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组(40例)与对照组(40例),两组均接受相同的抗生素治疗(头孢呋辛脂片),治疗组加用连花清瘟胶囊治疗。通过为期14 d治疗,对两组治疗前后血液常规生化检查和临床症状及疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组血液常规生化检查和临床症状均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)结论:在抗生素治疗基础上,采用连花清瘟胶囊治疗慢性咽喉炎的疗效优于单纯抗生素治疗疗效。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen capsules in treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods：80 patients with chronic pharyngitis were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group.All the patients were treated with the same antibiotic（ Cefuroxime axetil）,besides,the treatment group orally took Lianhua Qingwen capsules. The treatment lasted for 14 days. Then,the routine blood biochemical examination results and clinical symptoms before and after the treatment as well as the efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results： After the treatment,the routine blood biochemical examination results and clinical symptoms of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Lianhua Qingwen capsules based on the antibiotic therapy is more effective than single antibiotic therapy in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.
