660MW机组不同变负荷速率下瞬态过程的能耗特性研究 被引量:20

Study on Energy Consumption Characteristics During Transient Processes of a 660MW Coal-fired Power Plant With Different Load-Variation Rates

摘要 火电机组承担着调峰任务,大幅度变负荷成为其运行常态。为研究火电机组变负荷过程的能耗特性,该文以某660MW超临界机组为研究对象,采用GSE软件,建立了考虑机组蓄热和控制系统的动态模型,获得了不同变负荷速率下机组瞬态过程的能耗,并与稳态模型计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:在机组升负荷过程中,动态模型计算的平均煤耗率相比稳态模型最大增加了2.2g/(k W?h),而在降负荷过程中,动态模型计算的平均煤耗率相比稳态模型最大降低了2.04g/(k W?h)。不同变负荷速率下,动态与稳态模型计算的平均煤耗率差别不同:升负荷时,动态模型与稳态模型计算的平均煤耗率最多相差0.72g/(k W?h);降负荷时,动态模型与稳态模型计算的平均煤耗率最大相差0.27g/(k W?h)。 Thermal power plants are involved in load regulations of the electric grid. Therefore, operation with significant load variations becomes a normal working state of thermal power plants. In order to get the energy consumption characteristics of power plants during transient processes, the dynamic models of a 660MW unit were developed based on GSE software, in which the heat storage and control systems of power plant were taken into account. The energy consumption of the power plant with different load-variation rates were obtained, which were compared with results calculated with the steady state models. Results show that, compared with results obtained with steady state models, the standard coal consumption increases 2.2g/(kW.h) at most during loading up process and decreases 2.04g/(kW.h) at most during loading down. The differences of the average coal consumption rates between the dynamic models and the steady state models are not same with different load-variation rates. The maximum difference of average coal consumption between the dynamic models and the steady state models is 0.72g/(kW.h) and 0.27g/(kW.h) during the loading up and loading down process, respectively.
