摘要
针对火炮发射动力学仿真中方向机输出齿轮含间隙接触模型计算困难的问题,应用有限元计算方法对其进行了求解并应用停止间射击动力学仿真与实验进行了验证。首先建立方向机输出齿轮与炮塔座圈齿轮单自由度模型,定义接触力公式,应用有限元方法对一定初始载荷下的输出齿轮与炮塔座圈齿轮接触压力、渗透量等接触特性进行了计算,并基于contact接触碰撞力计算公式对接触刚度系数进行了求解,最后应用ADAMS软件对停止间射击过程中的接触响应进行了动力学仿真分析,并基于实弹射击动态参数实验对仿真模型进行了验证。分析结果可为方向机结构设计与校核提供指导,并为火炮射击精度分析提供理论依据。
The artillery traversing mechanism with clearance contact rigidity coefficient is simulated applying finity element method and validated by ceasing firing dynamic simulation and experimentation aiming at the calcuating problem of contact model of artiUery firing dynamic simulation. Firstly, the artillery traversing mechanism export gear and barbette circle gear single degrees-of-freedom model is built up and the contact formula is defined, then the contact pressure, penetrate and friction with a certain original load are calculated applying finity element method and the contact coefficient is dispelled based on the contact force formula Lastly, the dynamic contact response of firing process is simulated applying ADAMS software and the simulation model is validated based on the ball firing dynamic parameter experimentation. The result can afford guidance for artillery traversing mechanism structure design and check and afford theory accordingfor firing precision analysis.
