摘要
莱斯特评估套件(Leicester assessment package,LAP)目前已被世界多个国家推广应用于制定全科医生培养目标、评估培训效果以及制定全科医学专业资格认证考核标准。为了不断提高全科医生的应诊能力,香港家庭医学专业顾问医生团队应用LAP,选取北京市不同社区卫生服务中心的8名全科医生定期开展培训。本文介绍了LAP的具体内容,并对应用LAP培训全科医生的实践情况和优势进行了总结,认为LAP可以培养全科医生建立以患者为中心的临床思维,提高其解决实际临床问题的能力,以期为改善全科医生培训模式和效果提供参考。
Leicester assessment package (LAP) has been widely used by many countries in the world to achieve training objectives of general practitioners, assess the effectiveness of the training and formulate the assessment standards for general medical professional qualifications. In order to continuously ameliorate the consultation competence of general practitioners, a team of consultants in family medicine from Hong Kong introduced and used LAP for regular training of eight general practitioners from different community health service centers in Beijing. In order to improve the training model and effect of general practitioners, this article reviews the specific contents of LAP and summarizes the practice situation and advantages of the training using LAP, and points out that LAP can encourage general practitioners to develop patient - centered clinical thinking and improve their abilities to solve practical problems.
