摘要
青年医师是医院发展的主力军,是医院可持续发展的动力。基于终身教育理念,青年医师的培养与发展应遵循三个阶段的教育模式,即院校基本教育、毕业后医学教育和继续医学教育。如何有序地建立院校教育和继续教育有效衔接的青年医师人才培养体系一直是困扰医学继续教育发展的难题。文章对新时期青年医师毕业后教育和继续教育的现状进行了分析,在此基础上提出了现阶段青年医师培养的对策,并对青年医师毕业后教育和继续教育将来的走向给予建议。
Young doctors who are the main force in the development of the hospital is the sustainable development driving force of the hospital. Based on the concept of lifelong education, the cultivation and development of young doctors should follow the three stages of basic education, post-graduate medical education and continuing medical education. This article analyzes the current situation of post- graduate education and continuing medical education , and discusses the difficulties of cultivating young doctors in domestic. On the basis of the difficulties, this author puts forward the countermeas- ures of the young physician training at the present stage, and gives suggestions on the future trend of the post-graduate education and continuing medical education of the young doctors.
